In this way, the status of the implementation of DR programs in the selected countries is identified and a comparison is made with Colombia, to prepare an overview of the limitations that occur in the Colombian context to understand the incorporation of DR programs, and from hence, provide strategies to encourage the creation of new RD programs from a general perspective and the demand aggregator. | |
