dc.description.abstract | Los diferentes enfoques teóricos que han abordado la relación entre la infraestructura logística y el territorio se han centrado en analizar los efectos positivos y negativos que tiene el crecimiento y expansión de la infraestructura logística a escala regional, no obstante, se ha profundizado poco en el conocimiento de las causas, o en los elementos que conforman esta relación. El trabajo de grado trata de ahondar en el análisis de la regionalización de la infraestructura logística, desde la organización logística hacia el uso de la tierra y desde la planeación local hasta un sistema de gobernanza y planificación regional más amplio; por ello como objetivo se propone identificar y evaluar las variables de decisión que influyen en la localización a escala regional de la infraestructura logística destinada al almacenamiento y bodegaje. Teniendo en cuenta el objetivo planteado, y siguiendo como estrategia de investigación el modelo cuantitativo, el presente trabajo realizó un acercamiento teórico a la relación entre la logística y el territorio, los modelos tradicionales de localización y su aplicación en las decisiones de localización a escala regional; a partir de esta revisión y del análisis de los modelos teóricos se identificaron, clasificaron y evaluaron las variables de decisión que influyen en la localización a escala regional de la infraestructura logística, integrando el Análisis Jerárquico Multicriterio – AHP, La consulta a expertos y el uso de los Sistemas de Información Geográfica para dar alcance a los objetivos propuestos, con lo cual se pudo establecer que las variables más relevantes están relacionadas con la infraestructura de transporte y servicios públicos, el marco tributario y la disponibilidad de tierra. Los resultados, fueron integrados en un estudio de caso, el cual permitió establecer la capacidad de articulación logística para los municipios que conforman la Sabana de Bogotá, gracias a ello se identificó como elementos críticos para los procesos de planificación de la logística regional la infraestructura de transporte y la disponibilidad de tierra para fines logísticos. dc.description.abstract | The different theoretical approaches that have addressed the relationship between the logistics infrastructure and the territory have focused on analyzing the positive and negative effects of the growth and expansion of the logistics infrastructure on a regional scale, however, little in-depth knowledge has been provided of the causes, or the elements that make up this relationship. The degree work tries to delve into the analysis of the regionalization of logistics infrastructure, from logistics organization to land use and from local planning to a broader regional planning and governance system; Therefore, as an objective, it is proposed to identify and evaluate the decision variables that influence the location at a regional scale of the logistics infrastructure for storage and warehousing. Taking into account the proposed objective, and following the quantitative model as a research strategy, the present work carried out a theoretical approach to the relationship between logistics and the territory, traditional location models and their application in location decisions on a regional scale. Based on this review and the analysis of the theoretical models, the decision variables that affect the regional location of the logistics infrastructure were identified, classified and evaluated, integrating the Hierarchical Multicriteria Analysis - AHP, Expert Consultation and use of the Systems of Geographic Information to achieve the proposed objectives, with which it was possible to establish that the most relevant variables are related to the transport infrastructure and public services, the tax framework and the availability of land. The results were integrated into a case study, which was able to establish the articulation capacity for the municipalities that make up the Sabana de Bogotá, identifying as critical elements for the planning processes of regional logistics, transport infrastructure and availability of land for logistical purposes. | |
