Introducción: Los riesgos ergonómicos es la probabilidad de que el personal de enfermerìa tienda a sufrir algún evento indeseado en su salud debido a que el trabajo que realiza en el centro quirúrgico, obligándolas a adoptar posturas forzadas, levantando y movilizando peso continuamente, realizando tareas repetitivas debido a su labor, que la deja expuesta a desarrollar lesiones. Objetivo: Determinar el riesgo ergonómico en el personal de enfermerìa del centro quirúrgico de la clínica Good hope diciembre 2016. Metodología: El estudio fue cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal. Se trabajó como población con 50 personas personal de enfermería, que reunieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se utilizó un instrumento validado y confiable. Resultados: El riesgo ergonómico del personal de enfermería está presente en 60% y 40% ausente. Según sus dimensiones: Posturas de trabajo 100% presentes; movimiento repetitivo 58%; manipulación manual de carga 60%. Conclusión: El riesgo ergonómico está presente en el personal de enfermería del centro quirúrgico de la clínica Good Hope por lo tanto se acepta la hipótesis.
