Satisfacción de las madres sobre el cuidado de la enfermera en el niño sano del programa de crecimiento y desarrollo, Hospital “Santiago Apóstol” Utcubamba, 2019

Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine the level of satisfaction of mothers regarding the care of the nurse in the healthy child of the growth and development program, Hospital "Santiago Apóstol" Utcubamba in the period of July and August 2019. Descriptive study of cut Cross-sectional, the sample consisted of 103 mothers who attended with their children under 5 years of age to the control of the healthy child, in the growth and development program, to whom a questionnaire validated by Paredes was applied. The results found regarding the sociodemographic characteristics show that the highest percentage (43%) is made up of mothers between the ages of 18 and 22, with completed secondary school (47.5%), of cohabiting marital status (70.8%), in the majority with only one child (49.5%) and who registered attendance of up to 3 controls (62.1%); The satisfaction of mothers regarding the care provided by the nurse in the healthy child of the growth and development program with respect to the technical-scientific dimension, it is observed that 75% have a moderately satisfied level, followed by the human dimension with 71 % of level moderately satisfied and of the same level in the environment dimension with 75%. It is concluded that satisfaction with nurse care in the growth and development program, Hospital Santiago Apóstol Utcubamba 2019, is medium level with 41.7% satisfaction presented by mothers of children under 5 years of age.
