Implementación de un Sistema Web para el Seguimiento y Control de Proyectos de Construcción Aplicado en el área de Operaciones de la Empresa La CONSTRUCTORA P Y D S.A.C.

Abstract

Actualmente LA CONSTRUCTORA P.Y.D. S.A.C, Es una compañía fundada en 2010 dedicada al desarrollo de proyectos de construcción e inmobiliaria creado para contribuir al crecimiento y desarrollo del sector de construcción del Perú. Con el transcurso del tiempo LA CONSTRUCTORA P.Y.D. S.A.C, ha expandido sus servicios, incrementando el volumen de ventas de servicio de construcción y aumentando la cantidad de trabajo para los empleados mantener un almacenamiento adecuado de los proyectos y clientes. Para dichas operaciones el sistema actual no ofrece ninguna herramienta que pueda agilizar o ayudar a dicha tarea. En la presente investigación utilizaremos principalmente, entre otros, el método descriptivo estadístico, análisis, síntesis, entre otros métodos que conforma el desarrollo del trabajo. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es de mejorar las actividades de un proyecto realizando la implementación de un sistema web para el seguimiento y control de proyectos, aplicado en el área de operaciones de LA CONSTRUCTORA P.Y.D. S.A.C. Si se implementa el sistema web para el seguimiento y control de proyectos entonces optimizará el área de operaciones. Tenemos la variable que es el sistema web como soporte al proceso de implementación de un sistema web para el seguimiento y control de proyectos, aplicado en el área de operaciones de LA CONSTRUCTORA P.Y.D. S.A.C. La implementación de un sistema web para el seguimiento y control de proyectos que asegura la eficiencia en el tiempo empleado en realizar las tareas en cuanto a documentación, de 1 hora 30 minutos a 4 minutos por el tiempo en cada tarea que luego serán enviados a la unidad de la gestión de proyectos, disminuyendo de esa forma la falta de comunicación y los procesos de trabajo de cada proyecto.

We have the variable that is the web system as a support to the process of implementing a web system for the monitoring and control of projects, applied in the area of ​​operations of LA CONSTRUCTORA P.Y.D. S.A.C. The implementation of a web system for the monitoring and control of projects that ensures efficiency in the time used to carry out the tasks in terms of documentation, from 1 hour 30 minutes to 4 minutes for the time in each task that will then be sent to the project management unit, thus reducing the lack of communication and the work processes of each project.
