Implementación de la nueva ley 30225 Ley de Contrataciones del Estado – LCE y Cumplimiento de Funciones del Área Logística de EMAPA San Martin S.A.

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada Implementación de la Nueva Ley 30225 Ley de Contrataciones del Estado – LCE y Cumplimiento de Funciones del Área Logística de EMAPA San Martin S.A., tiene como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la implementación de la Nueva Ley N° 30225- Ley de Contrataciones del Estado en el cumplimiento de funciones del área de logística de EMAPA San Martin S.A., para lo cual se propuso como hipótesis general que la implementación de la Nueva Ley N° 30225- Ley de Contrataciones del Estado influye en el cumplimiento de funciones del área de logística EMAPA San Martin S.A. La muestra de la presente investigación estuvo representada por 15 trabajadores del área de logística y patrimonio de EMAPA San Martin S.A., así mismo el método utilizado para la investigación fue el inductivo, porque se partió de lo especifico hacia lo general, teniendo como diseño de investigación al pre – experimental, esto debido a que se estudió un antes y después de la variable dependiente, para luego encontrar la influencia entre ambas variables. Para la obtención de información se realizó un cuestionario para ambos casos, lo cual nos permitió recolectar información clave para el desarrollo de la investigación, asimismo esto permitió llegar a la conclusión final de que la implementación de la Nueva Ley N° 30225 – Ley de Contrataciones del Estado influye de manera positiva en el cumplimiento de funciones del área de logística de EMAPA San Martin S.A.

The present research entitled Implementation of the New Law No. 30225 - Law on Contracting of the State LCE and the fulfillment of functions of the logistics area of EMAPA San Martin S.A.", has as general objective to determine the influence of the Implementation of New Law No. 30225 - Law on State Contracting in the fulfillment of functions of the logistics area of EMAPA San Martin S.A., for which it was proposed as a general hypothesis that the implementation of New Law No. 30225- Law on Government Contracts influences the fulfillment of functions of the logistics area EMAPA San Martin S.A.. The sample of the present investigation was represented by 15 workers of the area of logistics and patrimony of EMAPA San Martin S.A., also the method used for the investigation was the inductive, because it started from something specific to arrive at the general and the research design was pre - experimental, due to the fact that we studied a before and after the dependent variable, to find the influence between both variables. To obtain information, a questionnaire was carried out for both cases, which allowed us to collect key information for the development of the investigation, and this allowed us to reach the final conclusion that the implementation of the New Law No. 30225 - Procurement Law Of the State positively influences the fulfillment of functions of the logistics area of EMAPA San Martin S.A.
