Tejidos planos-Telares

Abstract

El objetivo fundamental de este trabajo de investigación es redactar sobre su función y variedades de telares que se ha ido dando con el paso del tiempo. En el tejido plano-telares ha sufrido muchos cambios a través de la industria. La investigación está organizada en cuatro capítulos: el primer capítulo nos explica sobre conceptos, etimología y clasificación como fuente principal del tejido, lo cual tomaremos el tejido plano como punto de investigación. Por otro lado, en el segundo capítulo nos habla sobre el tejido plano que está compuesto por dos hilos principalmente que vendrían hacer la urdimbre y la trama, también sobre sus características, sus ligamentos principales y fundamentales que constan de derivados. Asimismo, el tercer capítulo, nos habla sobre sus inicios del telar como se dio conocer a través de la época de la pre historia, revolución industrial donde destaco más ya que fue donde se dio origen al primer telar Jacquard. También sobre sus clasificaciones, procedimientos, partes e importancia de los telares manuales, mecánicos e industriales. El cuarto capítulo nos habla sobre la seguridad, higiene, prevención que deben tener el trabajador al momento de trabajar. Es de suma importancia que el trabajador debe poseer el esquipo de protección adecuada para no sufrir algún tipo de situación peligrosa, de no poseer con la protección adecuada podría sufrir algún tipo de accidente. Finalmente, se presenta la aplicación didáctica, síntesis, apreciación crítica y sugerencias.

The fundamental objective of this research work is to write about its function and varieties of looms that have been given over time. On flat-loom weaving has undergone many changes throughout the industry. The investigation is organized in four chapters: the first chapter explains about concepts, etymology and classification as the main source of the fabric, which we will take the flat fabric as a point of investigation. On the other hand, in the second chapter he tells us about the flat fabric that is made up of two threads mainly that would make the warp and the weft, also about its characteristics, its main and fundamental ligaments that consist of derivatives. Likewise, the third chapter tells us about the beginnings of the loom as it became known through the time of pre-history, the industrial revolution where I stand out the most since it was where the first Jacquard loom originated. Also on its classifications, procedures, parts and importance of manual, mechanical and industrial looms. The fourth chapter tells us about the safety, hygiene, prevention that the worker must have when working. It is of the utmost importance that the worker must have the appropriate protection equipment so as not to suffer some type of dangerous situation, if they do not have adequate protection, they could suffer some type of accident. Finally, the didactic application, synthesis, critical appreciation and suggestions are presented.
