El proceso de reintegración de las víctimas de la trata de personas en la ciudad de Lima

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo determinar cómo se desarrolla el proceso de reintegración brindado por las instituciones del Estado peruano a favor de las víctimas de trata de personas en Lima. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación, se encuestó a 10 personas de instituciones públicas, sociedad civil y la cooperación internacional que brindan servicios a las personas que son afectadas por este delito. La muestra es intacta ya que no hay reducción de la población, puesto que es escaso el acceso de información respecto a funcionarios públicos que trabajen en el proceso de reintegración de las víctimas de trata de personas y a que el deseo de participar en esta investigación fue mínimo.

The objective of this investigation is to determine how the reintegration process is provided by the public institutions in favor of the victims of human trafficking in Lima city. In the framework of this investigation, it surveyed 10 persons, between public institutions, international cooperation and non-Governmental organization (NGO) that provide services to people affected by the crime of trafficking in persons. The sample is intact because there is reduction of the population, because there is little access to the information regarding public staff who works in the reintegration process of victims of human trafficking and their desire to participate on this investigation was minimal
