Efecto in vitro de las nebulizaciones con salbutamol fenoterol y oxígeno sobre la microdureza superficial del esmalte dentario

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar el efecto in vitro de las nebulizaciones con fenoterol, salbutamol y oxígeno puro sobre la microdureza superficial del esmalte dentario. El diseño específico fue ensayo pre-clinico in vitro, el tipo de investigación fue transversal, prospectivo, de enfoque cuantitativo y asignación de factores experimental. Para cumplir el objetivo del estudio, se utilizó una de recolección de datos que fue diseñado por el investigador para los fines de estudio.

The aim of the present investigation was to determine the in vitro effect of nebulizations with fenoterol, salbutamol and pure oxygen on the surface microhardness of tooth enamel. The specific design was an in vitro pre-clinical trial; the type of research was cross-sectional, prospective, with a quantitative approach and experimental factor assignment. To fulfill the objective of the study, a data collection was used that was designed by the researcher for the purposes of study.
