Implicancias entre el teletrabajo y el síndrome de burnout en la población peruana tras pandemia

El presente trabajo da a conocer las implicancias que el teletrabajo acarrea en las
personas que realizan sus funciones laborales bajo esta modalidad, la cual presenta un
nivel muy bajo de incidencia en años anteriores, principalmente abarcando la época pre
pandémica. El hecho que debido a la cuarentena impuesta en nuestro país y a la
imposibilidad de realizar un trabajo físico por la gran parte de organizaciones, ha
generado que el trabajo en casa sea un régimen obligatorio, y debido a que su estudio,
practica y desempeño es casi nula en nuestro país, los niveles de satisfacción,
motivación y desarrollo profesional han caído notablemente, observándose mayores
niveles de fatiga, carga mental, tensión y estrés. Los principales factores
desencadenantes de esto es la mala gestión que las empresas realizan en cuanto la salud
y seguridad en el trabajo, siendo las horas de trabajo extenuantes y presentando una alta
demanda en cuanto las funciones diarias a realizar, por otro lado, en caso de los
trabajadores, el uso de esta nueva tecnología acarrea problemas técnicos para realizar el
trabajo eficazmente, además el hecho de radicar en casa, genera que la familia se
encuentre inmersa en las horas laborales y que el trabajo se encuentre siempre presente
en el hogar, por lo que las horas dedicadas a la familia o a otras actividades extra
laborales se ven casi imposibilitadas. Todos estos factores se van sumando
constantemente y mientras la pandemia continúe, los trabajadores no ven cambios que
puedan suscitar a una mejor manera de realizar su trabajo, es por ello que el síndrome
de burnout ha presentado un alto crecimiento en la población mundial y por ende en
nuestro país, donde la falta de recursos, la informalidad y los bajos niveles de educación
han complicado aún más esta situación.
