Resumen
La presente investigación titulada: “Determinantes de la inserción laboral de los egresados
del Organismo No Gubernamental: Centro para el Desarrollo del Niño y el Adolescente” de
la provincia del Cusco, departamento del Cusco, 2018-2019” fué realizada con el fin de
establecer los aspectos determinantes para que una persona se inserte laboralmente en el
mercado de trabajo. Se planteó como objetivo general: Identificar los determinantes que
influyen en la inserción laboral de los egresados del Organismo No Gubernamental “Centro
para el Desarrollo del Niño y el Adolescente “de la Provincia del Cusco. Teniendo como
hipótesis general: La inserción laboral está determinada por las competencias académicas,
competencias laborales y las características demográficas de los egresados del Organismo
No Gubernamental “Centro para el Desarrollo del Niño y el Adolescente”.
En la investigación se utilizó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo con diseño no
experimental para los años 2018 y 2019. Para ello se trabajó con una muestra de 108 alumnos
egresados de la ONG CEDNA. Los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación
permitieron ratificar nuestra hipótesis general planteada, el cual menciona que la inserción
laboral está determinada por las competencias académicas en un 63,9%, las competencias
laborales en un 62% y las características demográficas en 53,7% de los egresados del
Organismo No Gubernamental: “Centro para el Desarrollo Niño y el Adolescente The present investigation titled: “Determinants of the labor insertion of the graduates of the

order to establish the determining aspects for a person to enter the labor market. The general
objective was: Identify the determinants that influence the labor insertion of graduates of the
Non-Governmental Organization “Center for the Development of Children and Adolescents“
of the Province of Cusco. Taking as a general hypothesis: Labor insertion is determined by
academic skills, job skills and demographic characteristics of the graduates of the Non-
Governmental Organization “Center for the Development of Children and Adolescents.“
The research used a quantitative approach methodology with a non-experimental design for
the years 2018 and 2019. For this, we worked with a sample of 108 students who graduated
from the NGO CEDNA. The results obtained in this research allowed us to ratify our general
hypothesis, which mentions that job placement is determined by academic skills in 63.9%,
job skills in 62% and demographic characteristics in 53.7% of the graduates of the Non-
Governmental Organization: “Center for Child and Adolescent Development.
