Abstract

In this report, of Academic Work, I present the analysis made of A CIVIL PROCESS, which includes the legal analysis of each procedural act. The summary is a compressed data without making any opinion about any procedural act, in the elaborated analysis I mention my perspective regarding the evaluation of the process, in the theoretical framework I have included all the information that I consider relevant for the elaboration of the legal analysis of the case, I have omitted the extensive development of other important points in order to simplify the information. For the above reasons, I put at the disposal of my Jury Teachers, the present work in which I present the summary of the matter of subject analysis file, which I hope will meet the necessary expectations so that I can be awarded the high honor of being able to choose the Law Degree.
