Propuestas actuales de inclusión educativa e interculturalidad para estudiantes extranjeros dentro [de los] establecimientos educacionales de la comuna de Santiago

Abstract

La presente investigación se enmarca en las propuestas actuales de inclusión educativa e interculturalidad para estudiantes extranjeros que viven en nuestro país y se insertan en los establecimientos educacionales. De acuerdo con lo anterior, quien debe garantizar los derechos de estas personas es el Gobierno de Chile, y por ende debe entregar a niñas, niños y adolescentes de familias migrantes el acceso, permanencia y progreso de su trayectoria educativa en igualdad de condiciones, con independencia de su nacionalidad, origen o situación migratoria. Por este motivo, es necesario identificar las propuestas actuales de inclusión en establecimientos con altas tasas de extranjeros y cómo abordan la interculturalidad a través de un enfoque crítico, de esta manera poder identificar barreras y fortalezas del sistema educativo actual.

This research is part of the current proposals for educational inclusion and interculturality for foreign students who live in our country and are inserted in educational establishments. In accordance with the foregoing, the one who must guarantee the rights of these people is the Government of Chile, and therefore must give girls, boys and adolescents from migrant family’s access, permanence and progress in their educational path under equal conditions, with independence of their nationality, origin or immigration status. For this reason, it is necessary to identify the current proposals for inclusion in establishments with high rates of foreigners and how they approach interculturality through a critical approach, in this way to be able to identify barriers and strengths of the current educational system.
