Estrategias en materias de liderazgo para docentes en la Academia Politécnica Naval

Abstract

La presente investigación, se desarrolló en la Academia Politécnica Naval, con el fin de identificar vivencia de situaciones complejas por parte de los docentes con los grumetes alumnos y testimoniar las necesidades de los docentes en materias de liderazgo, para que estos puedan asistir o dar una mejor guía sus alumnos. A través de la metodología cualitativa se entrevistaran funcionarios de la Academia Politécnica Naval y se analizarán los testimonios para identificar las estrategias necesarias para que los docentes, cuenten con las estrategias adecuadas para poder atender situaciones complejas en el aula.

The present investigation was developed in the Naval Polytechnic Academy, in order to identify the experience of complex situations by the teachers with the male students and to witness the needs of the teachers in leadership matters, so that they can attend or give a better guide your students. Through the qualitative methodology, officials of the Naval Polytechnic Academy will be interviewed and the testimonies will be analyzed to identify the strategies necessary for teachers to have the appropriate strategies to attend to complex situations in the classroom.
