Resumen
El estudio de investigación y por consiguiente la revisión de la literatura, es analizar y hacer el estudio del caso clínico de RPM como posible factor de riesgo de Corioamnionitis y así mejorar la capacidad de detección oportuna y el manejo de causas de morbimortalidad materno perinatal, propiciando una actualización académica constante.
La Ruptura Prematura de Membrana (RPM) en el Perú y a nivel mundial es un gran problema, por el alto riesgo de complicaciones materno perinatal. Alrededor de un 10% de las gestaciones se complican con (RPM), 80% de estas complicaciones se dan al término del embarazo. Generalmente el manejo es expectante por el riesgo de infección neonatal.
El caso a desarrolar es sobre una mujer gestante de 23 años de edad, que ingresa al Hospital de Espinar con diagnóstico: Primigesta de 38 ss de gestación, ruptura prematura de membranas, Oligohidrámnios severo pródromos de trabajo de parto; que fue referida del Centro de Salud Yauri para la resolución del caso.
