Resumen
In this project, it was developed plan for the Association of Artisans of dairy products
"Fernandito" in the Shaglli parish, which is dedicated to the production and marketing of dairy
products, since 2001, this association has been developing its activity in Cuenca in the dairy
sector giving a diversity of products like cheese, yogurt, and delicacy. These are made with
high standards of quality. The association cannot get a high potential for its product due to a
lack of motivation and a lack of application of new technology. Besides, the sector's economic
and social conditions are a weakness it has to face. The business plan that there is in this
project is used to explain the background, the evolution of the company, setting objectives,
and a foundation that supports strategies for the economic and financial management of the
organization. Also, it was found that the organization has physical and human tools to produce
and diversify production. After a financial analysis from 2021 to 2022. It has an economic
growth of 16% with a balance of 2380,01 units of production. However, it can produce more
than its actual percentage. Hence, the correct use of marketing and sells. Positioning the
association's brand in markets and increasing its profits will be possible.
