Diseño de un sistema de gestión de calidad y medio ambiente aplicando las Normas ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 14001:2015 en la Empresa Industrial y Comercial TECNORIZO S.A.

Abstract

The objective of this study was the design of a quality and environmental management system for the Industrial and Commercial Company Tecnorizo S.A. based on the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Standards, with the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the articles offered in the company, as well as the contribution to the care of the environment. This technical project began with a bibliographic review, which allowed to know the documentation required by the standards for the company. After this, through an inquiry to the top management, the possible problems of the company and the level! of compliance with the standards based on the requirements were established using the corresponding checklists, thus generating an initial diagnosis of the institution, which indicates that there is a percentage of total compliance of 22% and 10% of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards respectively. Finally, the quality management system manual was prepared, consisting of 16 procedures, 5 work instructions, 45 records and the environmental management system manual consisting of 11 procedures, 3 environmental plans and 17 records. In this way concluding with an improvement proposal for the performance of the processes within the management systems presented in the research. It is recommended that, Tecnorizo S.A. properly use the documentation, due to the fact that it contains relevant information of the company and train the collaborators on topics related to its use, in such a way that the monitoring and proper functioning of the quality and environmental management systems is guaranteed.
