Resumen
The present study was aimed at designing a communication plan to positioning a company called NEW BLESSINS TEXTILE CORPORATION in Riobamba city by the year 2022, with the aim to promote the brand thus contributing to have greater competitiveness in the market in relation to the competition. Regarding the methodology, a qualitative and quantitative approach was used as well as techniques and instruments for data collection such as: an interview that was applied to the owner of the company and a survey applied to potential clients to be able to identify how the media currently influences people, finally a situational diagnosis was carried out to know the current situation of the company. According to the results obtained, it was possible to show that most of the people surveyed use social networks to inform themselves, on the other hand, most people are unaware of the company NEW BLESSINS TEXTIL CORPORATION as well as the commercial activity it carries out. This study contains communication strategies, positioning, advertising, objectives, tactics, managers, budget, which will strengthen the business image and create a better advertising approach, since it is an important medium in the area of commercial communication. Therefore, the execution of the proposed communication plan is recommended for a better diffusion of the company and in this way achieve the adequate positioning in the actual market.
