Resumen
The objective of this study was the analysis about the incidence of micromobility and non-motorized vehicles around the historic center of Riobamba city, identifying potential impacts or parameters, first the concept of "micromobility" was obtained, according to our regulations, second its feasibility with the development of a shared management and regulation model for micromobility. Through vehicle counting techniques in three sections of the historic center, travel behavior was visualized and the inter-Covid temporality, geography, road safety, red or tolerance zones, location of repeated traffic accidents, type of asphalt layer were considered. The potential of the road network was studied, focusing on coverage, sinuosity, stops, stations, charging models, service density and slope, for the implementation of a sustainable network system. The operational costs, as well as income and expenses, the initial investment showed profitability, cases of ordinance of the Decentralized Autonomous Governments of Guayaquil, Manta, Quito Metropolitan District, the management of the Municipalities of San Francisco in the United States and in Valencia - Spain were also studied. The analysis of the results showed the implementation of two focal stations, an emergency station, 21 exclusive stops, 7 km of free stops in SEROT zones and at least 24 private parking lots, a mobile App for smart payment and GPS in case of loss or theft of the fleet, built-in LED screens to inform the cycling users about the available routes, among other implements that will ensure the permanence of the trips. It was recommended that a complete vehicle capacity study can be carried out at all intersections in the historic center before the inclusive network is implemented.
