Resumen
This research work was focused on the elaboration of a feasibility analysis for the creation of a panela collection center in the Chacapata area, Nanegal parish of Pichincha province in order to know the productive, technical, administrative, legal feasibility, and economic - financial to improve the economy of small producers in the area. An initial framework was presented in relation to a theoretical foundation that allowed the knowledge of the variables under study as well as the knowledge of the main financial tools of applicability for the measurement of the correct feasibility of the project, in terms of the methodology applied, this research is based on a mixed approach that is based on the collection of necessary data in relation to the market that you want to enter, on the other hand, the inductive - deductive method, the analytical method is also reflected, finally, a proposal was made strongly in the financial study where the feasibility and profitability of the project will be reduced, in which the capital structure will be consolidated, determining a positive NPV of $229,068.40, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 32:24%, higher than a rate liabilities of the current financial system. Therefore, it is recommended to carry out the present study for future research in an optimal way, considering the positive economic evaluation to be able to collect and market the panela, verifying that it complies with sanitary standards, high-quality controls in order to contribute to economic growth of the producers of this artisan product and the community in general.
