Resumen
The design and application of business management strategies based on quality and cost reduction promote competitiveness. The objective of the project is to propose the improvement of the production process of Mikado snacks in the Bavaria company, by maintaining order and cleanliness. The limitations identified fall on the behavior categories of the personnel, followed by various conditioning factors related to the maintenance of machinery and signage, and finally, in the categories of training and equipment. The improvement proposal is based on the recognition of the sub-processes and the application of the 5's methodology. The improvement structure is organized from 3 operating levels, linking the needs to meet the identified order and cleanliness requirements and the goals established in each step of the 5's philosophy. A technical documentary compendium will be delivered to the company to put into practice the modifications and complements to the production process and give rise to an ideal state of work, maintaining order and cleanliness at all times. Finally, the economic analysis will support the investment feasibility of the proposal deployed in this work.
