dc.descriptionThis document wants to value the submerged heritage that the bay of Valparaíso has, by explaining how this city that is an amphitheater to the sea, and that was the jewel of the Pacific Ocean, is born in part from the history of the ships that for various reasons rest on the bottom of the sea and have become a living but hidden vestige of the history of the city of Valparaíso. Due to the advances of technology in new underwater scanning equipment, photography, videos and specialdiving equipment among other things, plus the work of divers and historians all that was hidden has been possible to make it tangible from the 90s to date. For this reason, we will mention four shipwrecks of great interest that are currently duly identified and are of relevance to the history of Valparaíso, without a doubt there may be others more important but they are not in as good condition as those detailed below. Then this job is just the front door to see the relevance andimportance of valuing the underwater heritage of the bay of Valparaíso.en-US
dc.descriptionEste documento quiere poner en valor el patrimonio sumergido que posee la bahía de Valparaíso, al explicar cómo esta ciudad que es un anfiteatro al mar, y que era la joya del Oceano Pacífico, nace en parte de  la historia de las naves que por diversos motivos descansan en el fondo del mar y se han transformado en un vestigio viviente pero oculto de la historia de la ciudad de Valparaíso. Debido a los avances de la tecnología en nuevos equipos de escaneo submarino, fotografía, videos  y equipos especiales de buceo entre otras cosas, más el trabajo de buzos e historiadores todo eso que estaba oculto ha sido posible volverlo tangible desde los años 90 a la fecha. Por esto, mencionaremos cuatro naufragios de gran interés que actualmente están debidamente identificados y son de relevancia para la historia de Valparaíso, sin duda puede haber otros más importantes pero no se encuentran en tan buen estado como los que se detallaran a continuación. Luego este trabajo es solo la puerta de entrada para ver la relevancia e importancia de poner en valor el patrimonio subacuático de la bahía de Valparaíso.es-ES
