| dc.description | La vigilancia tecnológica es un proceso que tiene como objetivo obtener
información del entorno en que se desempeña la organización tanto interno como
externo. Normalmente la vigilancia tecnológica tiene bastante importancia dentro
de las organizaciones ya que se encarga de investigar los diferentes procesos que
se implementan en estas o en ocasiones adquieren o crean los productos que se
utilizan diariamente en las empresas. El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en
realizar un modelo conceptual de implementación de vigilancia tecnológica
orientando a organizaciones tanto privadas como empresas como también lo son
las casas de estudio como universidades. Para el desarrollo del modelo
conceptual de implementación se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura
considerando diferentes bases de datos para la construcción del modelo, en
primera instancia se realizó una búsqueda general para posteriormente integrar
diferentes criterios de inclusión y exclusión los cuales permitieron obtener
resultados orientados a la investigación. Una vez definidos los artículos que se
alinean a la investigación se elaboró el modelo conceptual de implementación de
vigilancia tecnológica el cual se definieron en primer lugar 27 criterios los cuales
posteriormente se dividieron como etapas principales del modelo y sus respectivas
tareas. Una vez elaborado el modelo este fue presentado a 4 organizaciones de la
Región del Maule para constituir el proceso de validación del modelo construido a
partir de la revisión sistemática de la literatura. Finalmente se concluye que se
puede realizar un modelo conceptual de implementación a partir de la literatura
existente, no obstante, se deben adaptar a las necesidades que posean las
organizaciones en el minuto que deseen realizar vigilancia tecnológica ya que, si
bien se llegó a un acuerdo con las etapas de este, en muchas ocasiones existen tareas o etapas que no son contempladas por las empresas. // ABSTRACT: Technology watch is a process that aims to obtain information from the

Normally technology watch is quite important within organizations since it is
responsible for investigating the different processes that are implemented in these

objective of this research is to develop a conceptual model for the implementation
of technology watch oriented to both private organizations and companies as well
as universities. For the development of the conceptual model of implementation, a
systematized review of the literature was carried out considering different

can be made from the existing literature, however, it should be adapted to the
needs of the organizations at the time they wish to carry out technology watch
because, although an agreement was reached with the stages of the model, in many occasions there are tasks or stages that are not contemplated by the companies. | |
