In the last decades, the female role has been had increasingly growing in all aspects of society. This is evidenced looking at their presence in academic institutes, their management positions on enterprises, their presence on state functions, and so on. In this study, we compare men's leadership and women's leadership through a tool named Multidirectional Measurement of Leadership (MML). The first phase of the project consists of collecting data about leaders’ characteristics like proactivity, discipline, perseverance, etc. All of them focused on a perspective of a peer, a superior, a subordinate, and an autoevaluation of people in a Chilean government organization. This data is accompanied by personal data like age, if the person has children, and the person’s occupation. The second part consists of developing comparisons of all collected data with the help of graphs, descriptive statistics, and hypothesis testings. Results of these comparisons tell us in what conditions males and females have the same level of leadership (according to the defined leaders’ characteristics) and in which not
