Resumen
The evolution of the production engineering allowed the use of its foundations
and tools in a wide range of sectors, disengaging from the predominantly industrial
bias. Decision-making processes focused on social responsibility and sustainability
may be more present in the organizations, including in public power. Systemic thinking
arises in this scenario, as an important tool with skills to promote different viewpoints
for the same situation, promoting a systemic approach, aimed at all the stakeholders
of the scenario in question. This study uses the Systemic Thinking as an analysis
methodology for the resocialization by prison work program, implemented by the
SUSEPE / RS staff, responsible for execution of prison sentences and the security
measures of Rio Grande do Sul, through the creation of a systemic map of all the
variables involved. Through Systematic Review of Literature, papers from different
areas was selected, related to the current theme, to support the development of this
study. The data collection used was documentary, bibliographic and questionnaire
documentation, and it was used as a data base for the validation of the artifact
generated. As a result, 3 variables were identified as the main leverage points of the
prison work program. This means that an investment directed at these four factors can
optimize results and mitigate the difficulties encountered in the development of the
implemented resocialization work in RS. The results were validated by the DTP
coordination of SUSEPE / RS, which also collaborated suggesting 2 new leverage
points. This research can be used as a basis for the development of new artifacts, as
well as allowing a broadening of its scope through the future application of the
suggested actions.
