Resumen
The present study aimed to investigate the place that the child occupies in homoparentality, taking as a starting point our clinical experience with these families, as well as with homoaffective couples who wish to have children. To reach our goal, we conducted an investigation, guided by the psychoanalytic, Freudo-Lacanian theoretical field, as well as other theoretical constructs belonging to different areas of knowledge, such as Law, Gender and Queer Studies. At the time when we were carrying out the survey in the literature on the subject, we were articulating and problematizing our findings with our experience with the homoaffective couples that, in this work, we call "homoparentality clinic". We have identified that in the new forms of parenting the child often appears as an object referred to the opacity of a desire that she does not know. In homoparentality, the child assumes multiple phallic significations, in which the desire to have a child can be confused with a normatizing law, which legitimizes the family before the social. We perceive that there are difficulties, confusions of roles and places, on the part of the parents, which damages the fictional work of the child, leaving on it a concentrated of joy that emerges as an anguish difficult to bear, denounced by the new children's symptoms. It is necessary for the analyst to position himself as a reassuring partner, allowing the child to follow through with his family romance. The analyst should also intervene with the parents, making them talk about their own membership processes and the difficulties they face. We argue that this work brings important contributions to the study of homoparentality, mainly due to the clinical approach proposed. In addition, it contributes to the political debate, since the citizen-analyst should not be neutral and indifferent to the issues of his time.
