Northern Region. Annual report 2007

Abstract

This report summarizes the main activities and results obtained by the Directorate in 2007. The Directorate, in particular the DSP, plays an important role in representing specialists and managers from Headquarters in their dealings with institutions and organizations, many based in Washington, DC, that are already or they can potentially become strategic partners of IICA. Although this is the Northern Regional Report, many of the results reported here have been achieved thanks to technical support and coordination with IICA's technical staff.

Este informe resume las principales actividades y resultados obtenidos por la Dirección en 2007. La Dirección, en particular la DSP, juega un papel importante en la representación de los especialistas y directivos de la Sede Central en sus relaciones con instituciones y organizaciones, muchas con sede en Washington, DC, que ya son o pueden llegar a ser socios estratégicos del IICA. Si bien este es el Informe Regional Norte, muchos de los resultados aquí reportados se han logrado gracias al apoyo técnico y la coordinación con el personal técnico del IICA.
