dc.description.abstractIn this report it is assumed that the estimates of effective rainfall (defined as that part of total annual ans seasonal rainfall that is available for crop production), exhibited in appendix I,. based on data from the Santa Cruz station is valid for the BRUMDEC Project area. The recommendations and conclusions in this report are based on comparisons of the estimates of actual évapotranspiration and the estimates of effective rainfall which provide estimates of soil moisture deficit on a monthly bais.
