dc.description.abstractAgro-quality capacities and the food safety and quality system of Ecuador are developed; through an information gathering and a workshop in the country to obtain a global vision. As a result of the information analysis, training courses were given on risk analysis and management, focused on health, the culture of safety and the reduction of food loss, in addition to generating a strategic plan.
