Análisis del proceso de Adopción internacional en la Legislación Ecuatoriana

Abstract

La elaboración de la presente investigación se encarga de analizar cómo es llevado a cabo el proceso sobre la adopción internacional en nuestra nación, en el trabajo de investigación se tomó como referencia a estudios y trabajos anteriores que abordaron el tema y a las leyes en el cual está basada la adopción internacional, estos son los convenios que mantiene el Ecuador con otros estados y las normas nacionales que rigen en nuestro territorio, para la realización de la metodología se llevó a cabo las entrevistas a expertos en la materia de adopción con el objetivo de encontrar informaciónreal de cómo es llevado a cabo el proceso de adopción internacional en la práctica y como última parte del trabajo el lograr gestionar una solución viable y segura, a los problemas encontrados

The elaboration of the present investigation is in charge of analyzing how the process of international adoption is carried out in our nation, with regard to the research work, the previous works that addressed the subject were taken into account as part of the study. the laws on which international adoption is based, these are the agreements that Ecuador maintains with other states and the national regulations that gobén our territory, to carry out the methodology, interviews were carried out with experts in the field of adoption with the aim of finding real information on how the international adoption process is carried out in practice and as the last part of the work, managing a viable and safe solution to the problems encountered
