Propuesta de mejora para aumentar la productividad en la línea de tabletas de chocolate en la Empresa Maquita Agro.

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo aumentar la productividad en la línea de tabletas de chocolate en la empresa maquita agro para eso se realizó un análisis utilizando las herramientas de Ishikawa, Pareto y se pudo observar que la principal problemática en la empresa es la demora en la entrega del producto terminado, debido a la paradas de máquinas, maquina obsoleta de enfriamiento generando tiempos improductivos por parte de los trabajadores, ocasionando demoras en la entrega del producto, además se cuantifico un impacto económico de $10.017,24 en un año, por esta razón se ha propuesto implementar una maquinaria cámara de enfriamiento con una inversión de $9.080,00 y se considera factible obteniendo un TIR 82% y VAN $21.498,41 considerando que el proyecto es viable, la misma disminuirán los tiempos improductivos, provocando que la producción aumente y con esto también la productividad de la empresa.
