francesa) influye eficientemente en el dominio del idioma>> The following investigation is developed at the UTEG (Universidad Tecnológica
Empresarial de Guayaquil).Faculty of Administration.International Business
Career. This fieldwork is directed to all the students who have French as a
subject and are unaware of the benefits of preparing themselves under the DELF
method.The DELF is a 4 stages exam: A1, A2, B1, B2. For Spanish-speaking
students, universities require a B2 certificate to accept them into a faculty .The
length for the development of this investigation has been of six months which
allows us to evaluate and palpate, with the involvement of teachers, authorities,
and students, the needs to restructure the process of teaching-learning of the
French language. The purpose is to analyze the influence of the DELF
preparation method in the command of the French language in last semester
students, using a field investigation for the design of a didactics guide in the
DELF preparation method. The reasons of using the DELF method in college
are justified because this preparation allows to obtain an International Certificate
with diplomas that do not need any renovation. The type of investigation design
of this thesis is quantitative-descriptive- explanatory. It describes the situation of
French language students in a context that excludes DELF as part of the
teaching-learning process and explains the causes of the events that lead to the
lack of command of the French language, proposing the creation of a didactic
guide. The teacher’s interviews conclude in a 100% that the impact of the
implementation of the DELF method in university classes would be a fundamental
support for the students to reach level B2. In the same way, by having the
students aware that a B2 level certificate is a requirement to enter a Frenchspeaking
University, they all agree that during their study modules they would
like to use books and DELF preparation methods. The hypothesis is approved <<
The inclusion of the DELF preparation method (diploma in studies of the French
language) influences efficiently in the command of the language.
