Guía práctica del proceso constructivo de la tecnología Pipe Bursting para la sustitución y rehabilitación de tramos de colectores de alcantarillado en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

El presente proyecto plantea desarrollar una guía del proceso constructivo de la tecnología Pipe Bursting para sustitución y rehabilitación de tramos de colectores de alcantarillado, en la ciudad de Guayaquil, mediante muestreo de campo e información obtenida de obras realizadas. Se analizarán y definirán los equipos de la tecnología de Pipe Bursting, en la ejecución de rehabilitación de colectores por la metodología sin zanja o también conocida perforación horizontal; así como determinar los rendimientos por actividad del método Pipe Bursting, y analizar una programación con el fin de establecer instrumentos para el proceso y diagramas de flujo de las actividades del método desarrollado

The present project proposes to develop a guide of the construction process of the Pipe Bursting technology for replacement and rehabilitation of sewer collector sections in the city of Guayaquil, through field sampling and information obtained from works carried out, the equipment of the Pipe Bursting technology will be analyzed and defined, in the execution of rehabilitation of collectors by the trenchless methodology or also known as horizontal perforation; as well as determine the performance per activity of the Pipe Bursting method, and analyze a programming in order to establish instruments for the process and flow diagrams of the activities of the developed method.
