El presente proyecto se centra en el análisis de la nueva normativa de simplificación fiscal y ley
orgánica progresiva para reducir impuestos, obligaciones tributarias de los microempresarios a
través de aportes teóricos de expertos nacionales e internacionales. Los autores y la revisión de la
normativa vigente determinan que el nuevo sistema cumple con su finalidad, porque su correcta
aplicación traerá beneficios a los contribuyentes, además, de reducir la tasa del impuesto sobre la
renta, la disminución en la cantidad de declaraciones año tras año y finalmente los sujetos pasivos
con la implementación de este nuevo régimen dejarán de ser considerados agentes de retención en
las operaciones comerciales en que estos incurran. Finalmente, para este estudio se realizó una
encuesta de campo, incluyendo la aplicación de la encuesta a la muestra de 384 microempresas,
las cuales se determinan aplicando fórmulas estadísticas de uso común en la investigación, su
población está conformada por una base de datos 1 de 2 conformada por 506.930 contribuyentes
del catastro del SRI del año 2020 a nivel nacional, que es la clave para lograr los objetivos del
presente trabajo académico. This project focuses on the analysis of the new tax simplification regulations and progressive
organic law to reduce taxes, tax obligations of micro-entrepreneurs through theoretical
contributions of national and international experts. The authors and the review of the current
regulations determine that the new system fulfills its purpose, because its correct application will
bring benefits to taxpayers, in addition to reducing the income tax rate, the decrease in the number
of returns year after year and finally the taxpayers with the implementation of this new regime will
no longer be considered withholding agents in the commercial operations in which they incur.
Finally, for this study a field survey was conducted, including the application of the survey to the
sample of 384 microenterprises, which are determined by applying statistical formulas commonly
used in research, its population is made up of a database 1 of 2 made up of 506,930 taxpayers of
the SRI cadastre of the year 2020 at the national level, which is the key to achieve the objectives
of this academic work.
