La Dinámica Pastor - Iglesia en la Comunidad Religiosa Evangélica Indígena Kichwa de Colta en Guayaquil

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar la dinámica de acción entre pastores y comunidad de fe compuesta por migrantes evangélicos indígenas del Colta en el centro de Guayaquil, mediante una investigación de campo y revisión bibliográfica. El actual estudio de investigación es de carácter descriptivo, la cual conlleva a una representación detallada del poder social que tiene el líder espiritual de una comunidad de origen migrante dentro de los estados de acción en los procesos normativos homogéneos (relaciones sociales, familiares, amistad, comerciales, culturales) de un microsistema socio religioso que se identifica con la visión de ser hijos de Dios que buscan una vida acorde a los principios evangélicos de la fe cristiana, para el cual se realizó el respectivo levantamiento de información por medio de entrevistas, que se dio a lugar en el concilio de pastores ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Encontrando que existe una gran confianza en sus creencias y fe cristiana, la misma que promovida por el liderazgo pastoral ya que su opinión es de suma relevancia para su comunidad e incluso fuera de la congregación, todos estos factores inciden terminantemente en el éxito obtenido tanto en lo económico social y cultural de este grupo migrante del Colta. Si bien es cierto esta comunidad está conformada por individuos muy trabajadores aguerridos y entregados a sus creencias, las mismas que conllevan al desarrollo monetario significativo, deberían ser considerados como referente del éxito socioeconómico de su ciudad de origen. The objective of this research is to analyze the dynamics of action between pastors and a faith community composed of indigenous evangelical migrants from Colta in the center of Guayaquil, through field research and bibliographic review. The current research study is descriptive in nature, which leads to a detailed representation of the social power that the spiritual leader of a community of migrant origin has within the states of action in the homogeneous normative processes (social relationships, family, friendship, commercial, cultural) of a socio-religious microsystem that identifies with the vision of being children of God who seek a life according to the evangelical principles of the Christian faith, for which the respective information gathering was carried out through interviews, which it took place in the council of shepherds located in the center of the city. Finding that there is great confidence in their beliefs and Christian faith, the same as promoted by pastoral leadership since their opinion is of utmost relevance to their community and even outside the congregation, all these factors have a definite influence on the success obtained both in the economic, social and cultural aspects of this migrant group from Colta. While it is true this community is made up of hard-working individuals who are brave and devoted to their beliefs, which lead to significant monetary development, should be considered as a benchmark for the socioeconomic success of their city of origin.
