Propuesta de implementación de un sistema integrado de gestión en la planta sur Astinave EP.

Abstract

El presente proyecto realiza una evaluación de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, del Medio Ambiente, de Seguridad y Salud en la Planta Sur de ASTINAVE EP.Para este trabajo se usó lasherramientas de investigación,directa, mediante el cual se describela estructura organizacional actual, como también se detallan los procesos que fueron identificados por la organización antes del presente estudio, y se determinó que es necesario la implementación de este Sistema Integrado de Gestión. Para cumplir con lo esperadose realizóadicionalmente unainvestigación exploratoria con entrevistas a expertos en el tema, y con los datos obtenidos se llevó a cabo encuestasa los interesados que permitierondeterminar la viabilidad del mismo y para su desarrollo se identificaron y levantaron los procesos que actualmente realiza la Planta, además dela matriz de relación y las fichas de descripción de los mismos, en base a las normas ISO9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 y el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional según resolución CD 333, paraelaborar la integración de los sistemas, yque se encuentra plasmado en el Manual del Sistema Integrado de Gestión para la Planta Sur de ASTINAVE EP.

The present projet makes an evaluation of the Quality Management System, Environment, Safety and Health in ASTINAVE EP Southern factory. For this work, some directly investigation tools,were used, that described the current and detailled organizational structures, through the processes that were identified by the organization before of this current study, and it was determined that is necessary to implement this Integrated System Management. Aditionally to fullfil with the expected, an exploratory study based on interviews was made with the experts in the field, and with the data obtained was carried out with surveys to catch the people attention. This information allowed us to determine the factibility of this implementation and for its development the processes that the factory is making at the present time were identified and raised, further the relation matrix and the records of the description of them, based on ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14007:2004 rules and the Safety and Ocupational Health System according to CD 333 resolution, to elaborate the integration systems which that is embodied in the Management Integrated System Manual for the ASTINAVE EP Southern Factory.
