“PSICODIAGNÓSTICO COMUNITARIO Y SENTIDO DE PERTENENCIA EN LAS FAMILIAS DE LA COOPERATIVA PASCUAL BAILÓN DE PASCUALES”

Abstract

La sistematización de experiencia permite recuperar lo sucedido, para interpretarlo y obtener aprendizajes, se concentra en medir y valorar los resultados, aportando una interpretación crítica del proceso. El presente trabajo de sistematización responde al tema de “Psicodiagnóstico comunitario y sentido de pertenencia en las familias de la cooperativa San Pascual Bailón de Pascuales”. Para lo cual la pregunta eje encargada de conducir el trabajo fue: ¿Cuál es la aportación establecida a partir del psicodiagnóstico y el sentido de pertenencia en las familias, vinculadas al proyecto de prácticas preprofesionales del 7mo semestre? Las técnicas utilizadas para la recuperación del proceso fueron observación, memoria técnica, entrevistas abiertas, mapeo comunitario, jerarquización de necesidades, árbol de problemas, focus group, recogiendo la información complementaria. Bajo la metodología de sistematización de experiencia, con un alcance exploratorio-descriptivo. Dentro de los resultados sistematizados se obtuvo: en relación con el sentido de pertenencia, es que en las familias existe cohesión, integrándose en un ambiente con recursos que impulsen su convivencia, los lazos afectivos y potencialidades entre ellos; en relación con el psicodiagnóstico se denotó la participación comunitaria, siendo entes activos en todos los encuentros, los problemas psicosociales encontrados afectan a la calidad de vida de los integrantes, como es la inseguridad. Se concluye con la iniciativa por parte de la comunidad en organizar y planificar acciones para la presencia de agentes de seguridad, de esta manera reducir sentimientos negativos, resolviendo conflictos y el abandono por parte de entidades públicas, logrando un desarrollo comunal y disminuyendo los problemas psicosociales

The sistematization of experience allows to recover what happened in order to interpret it and obtain knowledge, it focuses on measuring and valuing the results, contribuiting with a critical interpretation of the process. The topic of this sistematization work is "Community psychodiagnosis and sense of belonging in the families of the cooperative San Pascual Bailón de Pascuales". Therefore, in order to conduct this work, the main question was: What is the contribution established from the psychodiagnosis and the sense of belonging in the families, linked to the project of pre-professional practices of the 7th semester? Several research techniques, such as observation, technical memory, unstructured interviews, community mapping, hierarchy of necessities, problem tree and focus group, were applied in order to collect the necessary and complementary data. Moreover, this study used the metodology of sistematization of experience and the scope was explorative-descriptive. Among the systemized results, it was obtained: regarding the sense of belonging, there is cohesion in families, integrating themselves into an environment with resources that promote their coexistence, the affective ties and potentialities between them; In relation to the psychodiagnosis, community participation was denoted, being active entities in all the encounters, the psychosocial problems encountered affect the quality of life of the members, such as insecurity. It concludes with the initiative of the community to organize and plan actions for the presence of security agents, in order to reduce negative feelings by solving conflicts and the abandonment by public entities, achieving community development and diminishing psychosocial problems
