Propuesta de intervención urbana para conectar el barrio Realidad de Dios al área consolidada de Monte Sinaí mediante estrategias de planificación y diseño Guayaquil, 2020

Abstract

Este proyecto académico basa su estudio en el análisis de conectividad y de contexto de uno de los asentamientos humanos irregulares más grandes de la ciudad de Guayaquil, dentro de este se conformará al Barrio Realidad de Dios como unidad básica de ordenamiento territorial, con la finalidad de establecer en el mismo estrategias de diseño urbano que sean capaces de mejorar la conectividad y la cohesión del barrio al entorno consolidado de Monte Sinaí. El crecimiento sobre el territorio fue realizado de manera irregular y sin contar con una planificación territorial que llevó consigo el consumo y la apropiación ilegitima de parte de la Reserva Bosque Protector Papagayo, cambiando a su vez el entorno natural en los que se incluyendo aspectos como la topografía, la vegetación y los canales hídricos que existían. La rápida evolución del sector, y el aumento drástico de su densidad habitacional ha hecho que existan diversos problemas en su consolidación, puesto que las redes de servicios básicos aun no logran abastecer todas las necesidades de los pobladores, y perdura en la actualidad la ausencia de vías tratadas que permitan la conectividad entre todos los barrios del sector, segregando con ello a los pobladores que habitan en los mismos. Es por las razones antes mencionadas que este proyecto académico busca plantear una propuesta de intervención urbana que sea capaz de dar conectividad al barrio con su entorno inmediato y garantizar la accesibilidad y movilidad de todos los moradores del sector.

This academic project bases its study on the analysis of connectivity and the context of one of the largest irregular human settlements in the city of Guayaquil, within this the Barrio Realidad de Dios will be conformed as a basic unit of territorial ordering, with the purpose of establish in the same urban design strategies that can improve the connectivity and cohesion of the neighborhood to the consolidated environment of Mount Sinai. The growth on the territory was carried out irregularly and without having a territorial planning that led to the illegitimate appropriation of part of the Papagayo Protective Forest Reserve, in turn changing the natural environment in which aspects such as topography are included. ,the vegetation and the water channels that existed. The rapid evolution of the sector, and the drastic increase in its housing density have led to various problems in its consolidation, since the basic service networks still do not manage to supply all the needs of the inhabitants, and the absence of Treated roads that connect all neighborhoods in the sector, thereby segregating the residents who live there. It is for the reasons that this academic project seeks to propose an urban intervention proposal that is capable of giving neighborhood connectivity with its immediate surroundings and guaranteeing accessibility and mobility for all residents of the sector.
