This will serve to correct and prevent
injuries at work for athletes, because if it were not done, this would cause future injuries. The objective of the following investigation is aimed at achieving prevention through the application of a manual and thus
avoiding knee and ankle injuries in adolescent athletes in the middle stage at the Liceo Cristiano Educational Unit in the city of Guayaquil, through proposal for exercises aimed at preventing this type of injury. The
scientific and statistical method has been applied in order to establish relationships between the facts. 30 mid-stage adolescent athletes who performed the lango jump were chosen. The instruments for data collection were to apply a survey previously prepared by the researchers and applied to athletes and coaches. It was concluded that most of the injuries were caused by the strong impact on the footfall, fall and overtraining in the long jump of the adolescent athletes
