Estudio y diseño del complejo ecoturístico comunitario en el recinto Esperanza Alta, cantón Gral. Antonio Elizalde, Guayas.

Abstract

En este trabajo se realiza la propuesta de un Complejo Ecoturístico Comunitario que integre a la comunidad y les brinde trabajo de manera que represente una nueva fuente de ingresos y que a largo plazo ayude a la economía del cantón, además proporcionando una infraestructura de alojamiento que cubra las necesidades de los turistas, y mediante su diseño se adapte al entorno y características del terreno, implementando sistemas sustentables que eviten impactar de forma negativa la naturaleza, usando la investigación de tipo Cuali-cuantitativa como metodología del trabajo se llevó a cabo la consulta de bibliografía acorde a los puntos más importantes sobre el tema de estudio, y también se consultó el contexto del lugar de forma general, se utilizaron instrumentos como entrevistas para obtener información precisa de profesionales en las técnicas o sistemas a implementarse, y encuestas a turistas y pobladores para conocer sus requerimientos y punto de vista.

In this work the proposal of a Community Ecotourism Complex that integrates the community and provides them with work in a way that represents a new source of income and that in the long term helps the economy of the canton, also providing a housing infrastructure that covers the needs of tourists, and through its design it adapts to the environment and characteristics of the land, implementing sustainable systems that avoid negatively impacting nature, using qualitative quantitative research as a work methodology, the consultation of bibliography according to the most important points on the subject of study, and the context of the place was also consulted in general, instruments were used as interviews to obtain accurate information from professionals in the techniques or systems to be implemented, and surveys to tourists and residents to know your requirements and point of view.
