Abstract

La presente investigación se ha realizado con la finalidad de elaborar un Manual de Control interno en el área de bodega para una empresa comercial en el cantón Milagro, cuya actividad empresarial es la comercialización de diversas líneas y productos de alta calidad, cabe indicar que la principal amenaza de la empresa, es que no se desarrolló o implemento políticas y manuales de procedimientos para el registro correcto de la mercadería Por lo tanto, es necesario la implementación de un manual de control interno que permita optimizar la comercialización de bienes, convirtiéndose así en uno de los factores más importantes e indispensables que ha futuro no pueda hacer que se generen nuevas participaciones en el mercado y una nueva estrategia económica
