Analizar la Nic 2 en la empresa Impaupe S.A. para mejorar el control de inventarios y generar ganancias

Abstract

En el presente proyecto se busca dar soluciones a la logística interna de una empresa comercial automotriz, con base a las NIC 2. El Estado actual de la empresa presenta los siguientes problemas en el almacenamiento del inventario, no mantiene un registro adecuado de las existencia al momento del ingreso y egreso de estas, el personal no está capacitado a entender las consecuencias del mal manejo que se le está dando al inventario, los artículos no mantienen una distribución adecuada en las perchas por lo que se encuentra la mercadería revuelta y se observan cajas en el suelo, sin orden alguno, por lo que esto genera riesgos en la rentabilidad de la empresa, para esto se propone soluciones mediante la adopción de métodos y herramientas tecnológicas que permitan llevar de manera continua y eficiente la administración del inventario. Dentro del análisis de los resultados se obtuvo que el inventario no rota adecuadamente lo que produce que su inversión no retorne generando pérdidas a la entidad, mediante el control propuesto a la empresa para mejorar el control del inventario a través de los métodos y herramientas, estas permitirá una mejor localización y distribución de los productos en percha, permitiendo que la empresa pueda llevar los registros a tiempo en el sistema para su posterior venta, sin tener tiempos muertos y logrando la satisfacción del cliente, beneficiando a la empresa en el retorno de su inversión y generando ganancias.

This project seeks to propose solutions to the internal logistics of a commercial automotive company, based on IAS 2. The current state of the company presents the following problems in the storage of the inventory, does not maintain an adequate record of existence at the time of entry and exit, staff are not trained to understand the consequences of mishandling of inventory, the articles do not maintain an adequate distribution on the hangers so that the revolted goods are found and boxes are observed on the ground, without any order, so this generates risks in the profitability of the company, for this, solutions are proposed through the adoption of technological methods and tools that allow the continuous and efficient management of the inventory. The analysis of the results showed that the inventory does not rotate properly, which means that your investment does not return by generating losses to the entity, by means of the control proposed to the company to improve the inventory control through the methods and tools, these will allow a better localization and distribution of the products on hangers, allowing the company to keep records on time in the system for subsequent sale, without having dead times and achieving customer satisfaction, benefiting the company in the return of its investment and generating profits.
