La planificación microcurricular y su incidencia en la ejecución de la práctica docente.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación está enfocado en la planificación microcurricular y su incidencia en la ejecución de la práctica docente. Se trabajó en la escuela “Rodrigo Chávez González”, ubicada en el sector de Mapasingue Este en ciudad de Guayaquil. El problema detectado tiene que ver con la escasa planificación docente, mermando así la calidad de la ejecución de la clase y el proceso de aprendizaje no estará acorde a los lineamientos que exige el nivel macro del currículo. El objetivo es investigar esta problemática detectada en la planificación docente en básica media, para ello se consideró como muestra a los docentes de básica media en el área de Lengua y Literatura, para la recolección de datos se aplicó instrumentos como la entrevista y la encuesta a los docentes y la autoridad de la institución; luego del análisis de los datos se comprobó que existen falencias en la elaboración de la planificación, por lo cual se elaboró una propuesta sobre Talleres de ejecución docente

This research work is focused on microcurricular planning and its impact on the execution of teaching practice. Work was carried out at the “Rodrigo Chávez González” school, located in the East Mapsing sector in the city of Guayaquil. The problem detected has to do with poor teacher planning, thus reducing the quality of class execution and the learning process will not be consistent with the guidelines required by the macro level of the curriculum. The objective is to investigate this problem detected in the planning of teachers in basic basic, for it was considered as a sample to the teachers of basic middle in the area of Language and Literature, for the data collection instruments such as the interview and the survey were applied to the teachers and the authority of the institution; After the analysis of the data, it was found that there are shortcomings in the preparation of the planning, for which reason a proposal on teacher execution workshops was prepared
