Diseño organizacional en empresa Multi print publicaciones Digitales CIA. LTDA., de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

Para realizar la presente investigación de tesis se identificaron los diferentes tipos de problemática que presentaba la empresa Multi Print Publicaciones Digitales Cia. Ltda.con el desarrollo de sus actividades internas, las cuales se presentan desde la creación de esta. Con la elaboración del presente proyecto se busca la creación de acciones concretas, enfocadas en el objetivo principal, el cual es contribuir con el desarrollo organizacional de la empresa. El objetivo general es elaborar el diseño organizacional como una herramienta administrativa parael desarrollo empresarial. En la presente investigación, se aplicaron herramientas que permitieron recopilar la información necesaria para su respectivo análisis,para ser presentada de forma objetiva sobre cada una de las variables que se precisan analizar en base al objeto de estudio.

In order to carry out the present thesis research, the different types of problems presented by the company Multi Print Digital Publications Cia. Ltda. With the development of its internal activities, which are presented since the creation of this one, were identified. With the elaboration of the present project the creation of concrete actions is sought, focused on the main objective, which is to contribute with the organizational development of the company. The general objective is to develop the organizational design as an administrative tool for business development. In the present investigation, tools were applied that allowed gathering the necessary information for their respective analysis, to be presented objectively on each of the variables that need to be analyzed based on the object of study.
