Riesgo fetal por infección del tracto urinario en adolescentes embarazadas

Abstract

En el centro de salud Andrés de Vera asisten adolescentes embarazadas de diferentes zonas de la provincia como fuera de ella de un nivel socioeconómico bajo determinado con un 69,5% y un nivel medio que es representado por el 29% que en algunos casos existe un déficit de control prenatal, un alto índice de infección de tracto urinario que no es diagnosticado ni tratado lo que influye en el compromiso del bienestar fetal. El Objetivo de la investigación es determinar el riesgo fetal por infección del tracto urinario en adolescentes embarazadas de 14 a 19 años de edad. La investigación es de tipo cuantitativo no experimental analítico, realizando un análisis estadístico con el uso de tablas y gráficos y cruce de variables mediante el sistema SPSS y chi cuadrado. Se tomó como muestra a 128 adolescentes embarazadas obteniendo resultados; que un 97% de adolescentes embarazadas presentó infección del tracto urinario y de estas el 24.21% tuvo de riesgo fetal y que podemos constatar que de este grupo el 9.67% presentó bajo peso al nacer, el 6.45% con prematurez y el 8.87% con restricción del crecimiento intrauterino, y solo el 3.12% no presento ningún riesgo fetal, y se llega a la conclusión que a la población de adolescentes embarazada que asiste a la Unidad de salud, se propone fomentar la educación preventiva continua sobre las infecciones del tracto urinario y los riesgos dentro del embarazo . Lo novedoso de la investigación es el primer estudio realizado en la Unidad de Salud.
