Estudio para implantación de un sistema MRP de planificación y control de la producción en la Empresa Indutorres S.A.

Abstract

La presente investigación pretende implantar un sistema para la planeación de requerimientos de materiales ycontrol de la producción, debido a los errores críticos que presenta actualmente la empresa “INDUTORRES S.A.”, para ello, se aplica la investigación exploratorio-descriptivo, con instrumentos como entrevistas, encuestas en las que se determinó la importancia de los sistemas MRP otorgando información oportuna y real de la compañía; para tomar decisiones y asegurar que el proceso fluya sin inconvenientes. Posteriormente, se propone implementar el sistema de MRP de planificación y control de la producción, elcual permitirá garantizar la prevención y solución de errores en la provisión de materia primas, el control de la producción y la gestión del material y producto en bodega, con una inversión de $1800,00 USD que incluye la licencia y la capacitación de funcionamiento.

This research aims to implement the system for the planning of the tasks of the materials and the control of the production due to the errors, that present the company “INDUTORRES S.A.” Therefore, a type of exploratory-descriptive research is applied, with instruments such as interviews, surveys in which it was determined the importance of MRP systems granting timely and real information about the company to make decisions and ensure that the process flows smoothly. Subsequently, it is proposed to implement the MRP system for production planning, production control andmanagement of the material and product in the warehouse,with an investment of $ 1800.00 USD that includes the license and the operation training.
