Factores que Inciden en los Asentamientos Humanos en la Ciudad de Guayaquil en el Sector Monte Sinaí "Cooperativa Guerreros del Valle" en el Primer Trimestre del 2018

Abstract

El objetivo del proyecto de investigación fue Caracterizar los factores que inciden en los asentamientos humanos en la ciudad de Guayaquil en el sector Monte Sinaí en la Cooperativa Guerreros del Valle en el primer trimestre del 2018 en la ciudad de Guayaquil, Sector Monte Sinaí, Coop. Guerreros del Valle. La investigación incluyo la aplicación de instrumentos de recolección de información, usando la metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa, con el instrumento de la entrevista y la encuesta aplicada a moradores de la comunidad, esto demostró la necesidad de estos habitantes de tener su casa propia, y la acelerante proliferación de nuevos asentamientos informales. The objective of the research project was to characterize the factors that affect human settlements in the city of Guayaquil in the Monte Sinai sector in the Coop.
