“Diseño de una red tolerante a fallos para La Unidad Educativa Fiscal Amarilis Fuentes Alcívar”

Abstract

El presente proyecto de titulación tiene la finalidad de realizar un diseño de red tolerante a fallos para la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Amarilis Fuentes Alcívar, que cumpla con todos los requerimientos necesarios para poder ofrecer una mejor conectividad a los usuarios de dicha institución, en sus actividades académicas. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se emplea la metodología PPDIOO en la que se lleva a cabo sus 3 primeras etapas, es decir, preparar, planear y diseñar. Para comprobar la efectividad del diseño propuesto, se realizan pruebas de tolerancia a fallos utilizando como base una simulación en GNS3. Adicionalmente, se entrega a la institución, la respectiva documentación con el nuevo diseño de red y los manuales de configuración. Entonces, luego de realizar diferentes pruebas, se verifica el funcionamiento de la red planteada.

The present titling project has the purpose to realize a design of tolerant network to failures for the Educative Fiscal Unit Amarilis Fuentes Alcívar that fulfills all the necessary requirements to be able to offer a better connectivity to the users of this institution, in its academic activities. For the development of this project, the PPDIOO methodology is used, in which the first 3 stages are carried out, that is, prepare, plan and design. To test the effectiveness of the proposed design, fault tolerance tests are performed using a simulation in GNS3 as a basis. Additionally, the respective documentation with the new network design and configuration manuals is delivered to the institution. Then, after performing different tests, the operation of the proposed network is verified.
