Tratamiento y valoración mediante los test de Elce y de Morfont a pacientes adultos de 40 a 60 años con trastornos del lenguaje verbal por acv

Abstract

Al concluir el proyecto de titulación a cerca dela aplicaciónde un tratamiento y test de valoración de la medida de inteligibilidad del habla en adultos con trastornos del lenguaje verbal,se comprobó que la incidencia en hombres es de un 90% y mujeres en un 10%. El accidente cerebrovascular sobreviene por una obstrucción o la rotura de una arteria del cerebro. Las causas pueden ser por cardiopatias, habitos de vida sedentarios, píldoras anticonceptivas, terapia de reemplazo hormonal en mujeres, y en el embarazo aumenta el riesgo. En adultos los ACV originan dificultades de movilizarse, pensar y sobretodo en el lenguaje verbal entorpeciendo la inercia o intervención de los músculos de la cavidad bucal, istmo de las fauces y laringe. Esta labor de investigación realizado en Instituto de Neurociencias Junta de Beneficencia, ciudad de Guayaquil en el área C.R.I (Centro de rehabilitación integral), departamento de Terapia del Lenguajese efectuaron programas de intervención fonoarticulatoria englobando los cuatro niveles del lenguaje que van desde el fonológico (I), morfo-sintáctico (II), léxico-semántico (III), pragmático (IV), esto posibilita que el paciente vaya alcanzando un lenguaje más fluido y tener un punto y modo de articulación correcto e integrar la prosodia en la comunicación. Los Test de Articulación permiten la exploración clínica del lenguaje comprensivoexpresivo y la inspección de los órganos bucofonatorios complemetandose con el tratamiento hacia la mejora de la destreza muscular orofacial para la pronunciación clara e inteligible. La metodología fue un proyecto factible o de intervención comunitaria con el apoyo de investigacion de campo, documental, bibliografica, aportando datos cualitativos y cuantitativos. This labor of investigation realized in Neurosciences Junta's Hospital of Welfare, city of Guayaquil in the area C.R.I (Center of integral rehabilitation), department of Therapy of the Language programs of intervention were effected phonoarticulatory including four levels of the language that go from the phonological (I), the Morphologicsyntactic (II), the lexical - semantic (III), the pragmatic (IV), This makes possible that the patient is reaching a more fluid language and to have a point and correct way of joint and to integrate the cognition, the language, the speech and the communication. The Test of Joint allow the clinical exploration of the comprehensive - expressive language and the inspection of the speech organs complementing itself with the treatment towards the improvement of the muscle speech skill for the clear and intelligible pronunciation. The methodology was a feasible project or of community intervention with the support of field investigation, documentary, bibliographical, contributing qualitative and quantitative information.
