Análisis del E- logistic y su incidencia en las agencias de carga Aeroportuarias en Guayaquil

Abstract

La logística ha sufrido importantes transformaciones no sólo en términos teóricos sino que ha evolucionado a lo que en la actualidad conocemos como e-logistic, con lo que se incorpora el uso de una herramienta fundamental para el buen funcionamiento de la empresa como lo es el internet. Pero empresas como las agencias de carga aeroportuarias de Guayaquil no evolucionan, no tienen una adaptación al desarrollo tecnológico generando que estas empresas no sean competitivas, en la presente investigación se indagará sobre el tema para definir los motivos del porque estas agencias no buscan adaptabilidad con el desarrollo de la tecnología y a su vez diseñar un plan mediante un software de Enterprise Resource Planning ERP para aplicar la e-logistic, cabe recalcar que esta investigación es de carácter cualitativa en donde bajo la opinión de docentes y expertos en el área logística se determinó que la implementación de un software de apoyo si permitiría que estas agencias sean competitivas, generen valor agregado a sus servicios, disminuyan sus índices de errores ya que el poseer una correcta planificación garantiza el éxito en las operaciones de la empresa más aún si se tiene a la tecnología como aliada estratégica.

The logistics has undergone significant changes not only in theoretical terms but has evolved to what we now know as e-logistic, which incorporates the use of a fundamental tool for the proper functioning of the company as the internet. But companies such as airport cargo agencies in Guayaquil do not evolve, they do not have an adaptation to technological development generating that these companies are not competitive, in the present investigation, they inquire about the topic to define the reasons why these agencies do not go along with the development of technology and in turn, design a plan using Enterprise Resource Planning ERP software, to apply the e-logistic, it's worth say that this research is qualitative under the opinion of teachers and experts in the logistics area was determined that the application of a support system if it would allow these agencies to be competitive, generate added value to their services, decrease their error rates since having a proper planning guarantees success in the operations of the company even more if you have technology as a strategic ally.
